Make Hay While the Sun Shines, painted by Michele Shapter using acrylic paint on a 11 x 14 canvas. Michele was inspired to paint this as she drove that very familiar highway between Fort McMurray and Edmonton. As the clouds rolled in, it was hard not to notice every field along the route was filled with hay bales.  It was a magnificent sight with its literal expression of “Make Hay While the Sun Shines”.
